As chair of the organizing committee of the 3u3d2012 conference, I would like to thanks the staff of EDP Sciences (and more precisely the one dedicated to Conference proceedings publication), for its efficient and always relevant technical support. I really appreciate (and according all the oral evidences I've heard, I assume I'm not the only one), its open-access publishing platform and the DOI mechanism efficiency which noticeably enhance dissemination. Lastly, being able to distribute the hard book of proceedings at the registration desk, was decisive... thanks to have been on-time.

I'm fully satisfied with the services provided by Web of Conferences. Our contacts at EDP Sciences were consistently competent, helpful and tolerant of any errors or delays from our side. Their constant assistance was an essential part of the final successful web publication.

The programme committee and authors of the EC-17, 17th Joint Workshop on Electron Cyclotron Emission and Electron Cyclotron Resonance Heating, were extremely pleased with the professional yet unbureaucratic and fast on-line publication of their proceedings. We look forward to working with EPJ Web of Conferences again for future meetings.

Prof. Mohamed Belhaq, University Hassan II, Morocco
Co-editor of MATEC Web of Conferences vol. 1 (2012)
They've been very patient regarding the many delays, inherent for a multi-author book, and they've been doing a great job, in a very short time. The book was really nice and all participants to the school were really happy to have a copy, though also accessible on the web site of EPJ Web of Conferences.
Dr. Béatrice Grenier, University Joseph Fourier, France
Co-editor EPJ Web of Conferences vol. 22 (2012)
