Web of Conferences is pleased to announce the online publication of the proceedings of HCBM 2010 - International Workshop on Hot and Cold Baryonic Matter which took place at Budapest, Hungary, from August 15 to August 20, 2010. This international workshop brought together high energy nuclear physicists from all over the world. It was dedicated in particular to the upcoming particle accelerator facility, FAIR which is under construction at GSI, Germany. In parallel, overview talks on the latest data from other experimental collaborations were welcome.
